Wayne Mitsikas is one of the state’s leading Commercial Property Directors and in this capacity, has been involved in the mainstream commercial markets of Perth and been responsible for many significant sales and leasing transactions on behalf of some of the nation’s largest investors.

Following graduation from Curtin University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Commerce, Wayne spent 8 years in valuations with both private enterprise and state government which provided him with sound industry knowledge prior to embarking on a career in agency. Prior to his current role at Axia, Wayne was a National Director of the Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets team responsible for many transactions in and around the Perth CBD.

Wayne’s evolution through the property industry has provided him with the very best ingredients possible to advise and value add for clients of Axia and his strong client relationships bears testament to his standing in the property community.

Adam is one of Perth’s premier commercial leasing agents having finalised in excess of 800 leasing transactions, considered to be a significant achievement by industry standards in his 10 year commercial property career.

As an expert in the fields of office and retail leasing, Adam has a comprehensive understanding of the Perth commercial property market.  He is one of the most experienced project leasing agents in Western Australia, having delivered many office and retail developments both in WA and Victoria from feasibility stage through to completion.

Adam’s unique ability to consistently set new rental benchmarks in addition to his excellent level of service ensures client expectations are constantly exceeded.

Sharon has over 20 years experience in managing commercial property and previous to that worked as a solicitor in Western Australia focusing on general conveyancing and property law.  Prior to her ascension to Director at Axia, Sharon commenced work as a solicitor in 1992 with Preuss Mohen and moved to Jones Lang Wootton in 1994 as a portfolio manager.  From there she became an Associate Director at NSC Corporate in 1998 and an Associate Director at Jones Lang LaSalle in 2007.

Sharon was the General Manager of Allendale Square, 77 St Georges Tce, Perth – an iconic landmark in the Perth CBD totalling over 28,000 square metres in area which included a retail arcade, from 2004 until 2007. Sharon graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 1992 at the University of Western Australia. She currently holds a Real Estate and Business Agents Sales Representatives license.

With over 30 years’ experience in the Western Australian property industry, John has broad experience in successfully negotiating high value complex contracts in a variety of property classes, including Commercial, Agribusiness, Regional Assets, Development and International Transactions. His work commitments have provided him with strong strategic planning and analytical skills, established relationships with government and industry leaders and experience in negotiating with international companies and individuals. Innovative marketing solutions have been a key part of his sales success.

John’s career has included time working with Chesterton International in commercial sales in the 1980’s. 18 years as a Director of the family company Garland International, specialising in the sale of Rural and Lifestyle properties in Western Australia. More recently, a focus for Axia Corporate Property and John has been in the area of Insolvency and Estate Sales with the company successfully facilitating a large number of property sales under instruction from the banks, accounting firms and solicitors. John is a former Vice President of the Australian Chapter of FIABCI (International Real Estate Federation) and past Vice President of the REIWA Rural Chapter.

Franco’s extensive contact network and strong client focus has been developed over his many years in the banking and hospitality industries.

Following five years at ANZ, Franco co-owned and ran a Perth restaurant icon, during which time he forged relationships with many members of the Perth business and property sectors, forming the basis of Franco’s unrivalled passion for property.

Ric brings together decades of experience in sales and marketing, together with skills in sales management, systems and strategies. He prides himself on delivering a high level of professionalism, trust and integrity.

Ric entered the commercial real estate industry in 2010 looking for a new challenge and change, and has focussed mainly on Commercial Office Sales and Leasing for the inner city and surrounding areas.

Ric lives in Perth and is passionately engaged in supporting his family, friendships and his community. He has served on several boards in differing positions, most recently, as Chairman for his two daughters school board over a 6 year term. Away from work, he enjoys music which he is naturally passionate about and is an accomplished guitarist in his own right with many years of live performance work.
