With over 30 years’ experience in the Western Australian property industry, John has broad experience in successfully negotiating high value complex contracts in a variety of property classes, including Commercial, Agribusiness, Regional Assets, Development and International Transactions. His work commitments have provided him with strong strategic planning and analytical skills, established relationships with government and industry leaders and experience in negotiating with international companies and individuals. Innovative marketing solutions have been a key part of his sales success.
John’s career has included time working with Chesterton International in commercial sales in the 1980’s. 18 years as a Director of the family company Garland International, specialising in the sale of Rural and Lifestyle properties in Western Australia. More recently, a focus for Axia Corporate Property and John has been in the area of Insolvency and Estate Sales with the company successfully facilitating a large number of property sales under instruction from the banks, accounting firms and solicitors. John is a former Vice President of the Australian Chapter of FIABCI (International Real Estate Federation) and past Vice President of the REIWA Rural Chapter.
