Ric Olivieri

Ric brings together decades of experience in sales and marketing, together with skills in sales management, systems and strategies. He is a proven advanced negotiator with exemplary business acumen and communication skills. Ric enjoys dealing with people and building rapport and long lasting relationships. He prides himself on delivering a high level of professionalism, trust and integrity.

Ric entered the commercial real estate industry in 2010 looking for a new challenge and change, and has focussed mainly on Commercial Office Sales and Leasing for the inner city and surrounding areas.

Ric lives in Perth and is passionately engaged in supporting his family, friendships and his community. He has served on several boards in differing positions, most recently, as Chairman for his two daughters school board over a 6 year term. Away from work, he enjoys music which he is naturally passionate about and is an accomplished guitarist in his own right with many years of live performance work.
