Wade Kalajzich

Wade Kalajzich brings more than 25 years of experience across commercial property, valuation and property advisory in Western Australia.

He began his real estate and valuation career at Knight Frank in Perth in the mid-1990s while completing a Bachelor of Commerce (Property) at Curtin University. Mentored by experienced valuers and property professionals, he helped established private property trusts and state, national and international companies lease and acquire premises, including purpose-built design-and-construct projects.

In the United Kingdom, Wade coordinated the revaluation of St Dunstan’s circa $120 million property portfolio and assisted with the development and testing of an internal accounting system.

Returning to Western Australia, Wade spent more than 20 years in property and business valuation, managing and directing Midwest Valuations and later Opteon Mid West. The practice advised private clients, investors, corporations and government agencies across the Mid West and northern regions of WA. His land and infrastructure work includes assisting the Gascoyne Water Commission with the reallocation of historical water entitlements for the Carnarvon growing region, and negotiating land acquisitions for the proposed Oakajee Deep Water Port and Geraldton Southern Transport Corridor. He has provided valuation, acquisition and advisory services for the Geraldton Airport buffer, wastewater infrastructure and other major projects, and advised mining companies on due diligence, feasibility, asset identification and acquisition.

With experience in project management, business systems and commercial operations, Wade brings a practical approach to negotiation, due diligence, feasibility and property strategy. He now works across commercial property in metropolitan Perth and the Mid West, offering property owners and investors clear, considered and practical advice.
